Joyce lives in Portland, Oregon, after having lived more than two decades in Austin, Texas. She lives with her husband Michael and two dogs Max and Cooper. Joyce adjusted to the rainy weather by writing a novel that combines her love of detective mysteries and the idea that parallel worlds interact with our own.
